John Breslin

John Breslin supports clients who are experiencing a wide variety of mental health challenges.
Born in Dublin but living in Rostrevor at the foot of the Mourne Mountains since 2013, John has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Smurfit Business School UCD, an Honours Science Degree in Psychology, a Post Graduate qualification in Mental Health Science and a Post Graduate Qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
In the past John has been employed with Intel Ireland as a technician, Electrolux Commercial Services as technician before rising through the ranks to all Ireland Regional Manager and winning contracts with Guinness Diageo Ireland and others. He has ran his own business and his client base included organisations such as Intel Ireland, Bank of Ireland, TV3 Television Network, RTE, The Dept of Health Ireland, The Irish Prison Service and The Taoiseach’s Office among others.
Since moving to Rostrevor John has worked with PIP’s Newry and Mourne, Pieta House, Home Care Independent Living and Praxis Care. He is also the current Chair and committee member of the Rostrevor Darkness into Light annual fundraising event to raise awareness of suicide and much needed funds for suicide prevention and support services.
